To keep everything on time, daily capacity is limited and routing-based. If your request falls outside our current service area, we’ll propose the nearest available window.
What we’ll ask for at checkout:
• Pickup address + return address
• Guest name + phone number
• Bag count (and any oversized items)
• Photo ID may be requested for bag release
No walk-ins / No public drop-off: Service is handled by scheduled pickup/return only. Storage details are shared after booking for safety.

Do you have a public drop-off location?
No. We do not post or offer public walk-in drop-offs. Service is handled by scheduled pickup and return, and luggage is secured at a private storage facility. Details are shared after booking for safety.
What are your service windows?
Morning returns: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Midday pickups: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Final same-day returns: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (routing-based)
Overnight: If not returned by 9:00 PM, bags are stored overnight and returned next morning (7:00–10:00 AM) unless otherwise scheduled.
What areas do you serve?
Service is available in select Miami areas. Miami Beach is prioritized. Mainland requests (Downtown/Brickell/Wynwood and nearby) are scheduled based on routing.
Cancellation / changes
Need to adjust your booking? Reply to your confirmation message as soon as possible. Same-day changes are subject to availability and routing.
