About the Role

As a Luggage Runner, you’ll be the face of Bailey’s Luggage Lounge on Miami Beach. You’ll greet guests, pick up and deliver luggage, and coordinate with our team to keep every order on track.

  • Meet guests at hotels, Airbnbs, and pickup points
  • Safely handle and transport luggage
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Communicate with dispatch / team via phone or app
  • Help guests with basic travel questions and local directions

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, on-time, and professional
  • Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for routes & messages
  • Knowledge of Miami Beach is a plus
Great for hospitality, hotel, rideshare, or delivery workers who enjoy being on the move.
