No. We do not offer walk-in drop-offs or a public storage address.

Yes — booking is required. We do not accept walk-ins.
You’ll select your service window during booking and receive your instructions after you reserve.

3) Your bags are tagged & logged, then stored at our private facility.
4) We return your bags during your selected return window (same-day or next morning).

We operate in scheduled windows (not exact times). You’ll get a more precise ETA the day of service.
- Morning returns: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Midday pickups: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Final same-day returns: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (routing-based)
Yes. Every bag is tagged and logged. Bags are released only to the customer with the matching claim tag
(or verified ID + booking details). We recommend keeping valuables with you whenever possible.
Pricing is per bag, per day:
- XS (Personal item): $4 / bag / day
- S (Carry-on): $6 / bag / day
- M (Medium roller): $8 / bag / day
- L (Large check-in): $10 / bag / day
- VIP Suite Locker (up to 3 bags): $25 / day
Yes — carry-ons, checked luggage, duffels, backpacks, and more.
Oversized items (strollers, sports gear, extra-large bags) may require approval or adjusted pricing.
Service is available in select Miami areas and is routing-based.
Miami Beach is prioritized. Mainland requests (Downtown/Brickell/Wynwood & nearby) may be scheduled based on routing.
If you’re running late or need changes, contact us ASAP. Same-day changes are subject to availability and routing.
If bags are not returned by 9:00 PM, they may be stored overnight and returned in the 7:00–10:00 AM window.
We do not accept hazardous materials, illegal items, perishables that can leak/spoil, or items requiring special handling.
Please keep cash, passports, and high-value jewelry with you.
